Westmoreland Hills is a newly completed development comprising of white washed coral villas over looking the sea. It is gated and has recently installed a security guard’s hut at the main entrance offering 24-hour security for 100 percent peace of mind.

This villa is aptly named Villa Sundowner for its absolute stunning sunsets and sea views from both the top and bottom balcony/terrace areas. A large sitting space for entertaining down stairs is paired with two lounge seats with a small table to relax upstairs with breathtaking 180-degree views across the Caribbean Sea. The villa is immaculately designed from Archers Hall Interior with 4 bedrooms all with en-suites, sleeping 8 people very comfortably with US large sized King and Queen beds with luxurious bedding and towels. It has its own large infinity full width private pool with sun loungers and beach towels. The development also has a large communal pool and gymnasium, which is open from 6am to 8pm for our guests to use. There is also a café, which serves snacks and drinks at certain times during the day.

The villa has spacious inside-outside feel to it, utilising both to create a wonderful living area, which ensures stunning views facing the ocean pretty much wherever you are in the villa. It has its own private garden. The Bifold fully open which gives a lovely Caribbean breeze, although the villa is also fully air-conditioned. The villa has a gas BBQ for grilling, a large table sitting 10 and a comfortable sitting area to sit back relax and watch the sunset into the beautiful ocean with your cocktail in hand. The villa also provides a housekeeper during the stay.

Golf

The Royal Westmoreland’s famous golf course is opposite and can be booked for 9 or 18 holes of golf for an additional cost.

Beach

Take a trip to Rico’s Beach, or Thunder Bay, for an additional cost, and utilise their very comfortable sun loungers, and umbrellas on one of the best beaches on the west coast and is situated in front of Ju Jus Restaurant, which is very popular serving all day lunch/cocktails and milkshakes for the children. The beach is beautiful and also offers most types of water sports.

Tennis

Located within the nearby Sugar Hill development, which is just a short walk down from Westmoreland Hills and has private parking – the courts can be booked a week in advance for an additional cost, they have 4 courts in beautiful surroundings where you can have a post victory drink in the Deck Restaurant on the complex.

The villa also has a private drive and parking for 2 cars. Recommend getting a car for ease but if this is not an option it is approx 20 minutes walk to the beach.
