The open plan design living areas feature a bar in the kitchen with breakfast nook, cooled by ceiling fans. The dining area seats at least 8 persons, within a few steps is the large lap pool with a wide ledge where you can sit and enjoy canapes with soothing sounds from a relaxing fountain. Loungers can be placed in the shallow end – perfect for soaking up the sun and capturing the superb sunsets.

Both the main bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and ample closet space while the other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. This is fitted with double sinks, mirrors, and a shower.
