Sugar Bird penthouse is the first penthouse as you come in to the prestigious Sugar Hill estate. It is one of only four penthouses, Sugar Bird has recently gone through a major refurbishment (August 2019). The property has a large storage unit available for private use by owners. This comes in very useful.

Sugar Bird penthouse is very secluded. It enjoys amazing sea views from the balcony. There are even more spectacular views from the large roof terrace. Here you can bask in the sun on luxurious sun loungers in complete privacy. Alternatively, sit in the covered part of the roof terrace if the sun gets too much. Enjoy an ice cold beer or a smooth rum & coke and watch the world go by. There are green parrots flying over in the morning and back to roost at night. It really is paradise.

In front of Sugar Bird are large gardens. These are immaculately maintained and pristine. You have two swimming pools on Sugar Hill. The first one is a stone’s throw from the penthouse. There is also an amazing infinity pool next to the acclaimed “Deck” restaurant. The perfect spot to relax and dine at your leisure.

Sugar Bird penthouse is very close to all you may need. Holetown is just a short drive away.

Holetown is the centre of the platinum coast of Barbados. There are banks in Holetown and a medical centre. There is also a well stocked supermarket. The Limegrove Shopping mall offers duty free shopping and luxury brands. There are also lots of lovely restaurants and bars there as well as two cinemas.

The west coast is the place to be. It offers wonderful golden beaches and lots of restaurants and bars. Restaurants such as The Tides, the Cliff ,Fusion roof top, the Lone Star are just a few on offer.

If you feel like a night in, fire up the BBQ grill, have a glass of wine and watch the sun set from the roof terrace. You will enjoy complete tranquility and privacy.

In the morning to burn your dinner off you have a full gym as well as several tennis courts all included on Sugar Hill ( there is a small hire charge for rackets etc)
