Description

Seascape is a beautiful spacious home set on a ridge at the top of Sugar Hill Estate, benefitting from cooling breezes and expansive views. It has a private plunge pool, and a covered terrace for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the view.

There are three en-suite bedrooms in the main house. In addition, there is a guest cottage which has a double bedroom with en-suite, plus a kitchenette. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and all have safes. It sleeps a maximum of eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an American fridge freezer with ice-maker. The two upstairs bedrooms have large balconies with ceiling fans and comfortable chairs. The housekeeper comes three days a week to keep the house looking lovely. She will also do your laundry!
